Before I get there
Clean, moisturised skin, a chair by a window and everyone ready at their time.
- 01Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
- 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- 03Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
- 04Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 05Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
- 061 guest max. No pets.
- 07Come with a clean, moisturised face — no makeup, and no heavy oils or SPF that morning.
- 08Wear a button-up or zip top so nothing goes over your head after.
- 09Booking for a group? Everyone needs to be ready at their time. Late starts push the whole party.
- 10On location, I need a chair, a table and good light near a window. Travel is booked as an add-on.

Make it last
Blot, don’t wipe. Cleanse twice before bed.
- 01Blot, don’t wipe. Press a tissue on shine and add powder over it.
- 02Reapply your lip after eating — keep the lip colour from your kit in your bag.
- 03Take it all off before bed: an oil or balm cleanser first, then your usual face wash.
- 04Lashes come off from the outer corner, slowly. A little cleanser on a cotton pad loosens the glue.

Do you travel?+
Yes — add Travel to you when you book and enter the address. Home, hotel or venue.
How should I come?+
A clean, moisturised face with no makeup, and a top that buttons or zips so nothing goes over your head after.
How do deposits work?+
A $100 deposit holds your date and comes off your total. Wedding days hold with a bigger one.
Do I need a trial?+
I recommend one, four to eight weeks before. We try the look in daylight and write every product down for the day.
Can I book my whole bridal party?+
Yes — one booking. Add a look for each person and a name for each, and everyone’s deposit is added up.
How early do you start on a wedding morning?+
Early enough that the bride is done last, about an hour before photos. Tell me your photo time and the number of faces, and I’ll send you a schedule.
